Temp-to-Hire Opportunity after 90 Days
Monday – Friday and every other Saturday
1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. $17/hr
2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. $18/hr (includes shift premium)

No experience is necessary. Employer will provide training. A background check and drug screening will be conducted by the employer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble HVAC Systems or work materials
• Deliver materials with Powered Industrial Vehicle
• Advocate the core principles of AcroBlue and Trane Technologies, focusing primarily on: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Courage
• Solve practical problems, and drive continuous improvements throughout the facility
• Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all safety operating procedures
• Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all quality standards
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to ‘and-on’ protocol for assigned workstation
• Ability to read, understand English and follow current standard work instructions, method sheets assembly diagrams and follow written and oral directions
