The Military Family Employment Program

We deliver priority workforce services to active duty military spouses and family members.

Our area has a lot to offer spouses and dependents of active duty military and activated Florida National Guard and Reserve service members. Your needs are unique, and so are your skills. Our career counselors will work with you one-on-one to help you update your resume, prepare for interviews and find reliable employment.

Supporting Active Military Families


The Gulf Coast is home to Tyndall Air Force Base, Naval Support Activity Panama City and United States Coast Guard Station Panama City. We know frequent moves associated with the military lifestyle can make finding employment a challenge. Our Military Family Employment Program can help. Along with our partners, CareerSource Gulf Coast provides a variety of employment services and assistance for military families.
