WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 5-8 week program
- 20-40 hours per week
- Wages covered by CSGC through a payroll agent
- CSGC will recruit and screen interns
- You create the job descriptions and intern schedule
- Interns that have been provided basic training on soft skills and employability skills
- Interns that have access to ongoing life skills coaching and supportive services to cover costs associated with transportation, uniforms, and tools
