On Monday,
April 19, all CareerSource Gulf Coast offices will return to full-scale operations,
meaning customers will no longer need an appointment to visit CareerSource Gulf
Coast locations.
Procedures are still in place
to safeguard our clients and staff members from the pandemic including required
temperature checks and mask wearing. Customers who are feeling unwell or are uncomfortable
accessing services in person will still have the option to connect to services
virtually.
“We are excited to get back to offering walk in services,” said Kim Bodine Executive Director of CareerSource Gulf Coast. “Our staff and customers have been patient and accommodating to our changes over the past year, and we are very grateful for that. Continuing to follow safety procedures, we are confident that we can safely and efficiently reintroduce our walk-in services.”
In
addition to the availability of walk-in services, CareerSource Gulf Coast will resume
in-person events, including workshops and hiring events. Workshops will include our resume workshop and job search assistance workshop. Hiring events are currently planned to occur as a “Career Connection Job Fair Series” where five-six employers will be onsite at the Panama City Job Center for in-person recruitment. To learn more about these offerings, please visit our website.
