Customer Service Representatives will have a wage of $16 - $22/hour depending on experience.
The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services.
- Correspond in written or electronic form.
- Call prospective clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls.
- Collect payments.
- Manage and update any policy changes.
- Quote home and auto insurance rates/policies.
- Sell and close policies.
- Day-to-day tasks including maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Computer experience to perform data entry and process information.
- Sales experience.
