Now hiring Assemblers / Production Technicians in a temp-to-hire opportunity.

DATE: Thursday, June 13

TIME: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

LOCATION: CareerSource Gulf Coast Job Center, 625 Hwy 231, Panama City, Florida

Shifts available:

1st Shift is 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. – $17 / hour

2nd Shift is 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. – $18 / hour (includes shift premium)

Days:

Monday through Friday and every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble HVAC Systems or work materials.
• Deliver materials with Powered Industrial Vehicle.
• Advocate the core principles of AcroBlue and Trane Technologies, focusing primarily on: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Courage, Solve practical problems, and drive continuous improvements throughout the facility.
• Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all safety operating procedures.
• Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to ‘and-on' protocol for assigned workstation.
• Ability to read, understand English and follow current standard work instructions, method sheets assembly diagrams and follow written and oral directions.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screening.

Education and Experience:

• No experience necessary; employer will provide training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to speak and listen effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization.
